I’ve tested a few of these, and honestly they are hit or miss. Sometimes they will work perfectly but other times you’ll find that right on the D-pad isn’t as sensitive as it should be. The buttons on the other hand are always working very good. Overall, as an alternative you could do a lot worse.

I bought this to use with an adapter and emulator. All of the buttons worked except for the down and right buttons on the D pad, so I didn’t even get to test it on the emulator roms. The down and right buttons are permanently in the “on” position, making it impossible to use any of the buttons in an actual game. It feels flimsy and lightweight compared to the old SNES controllers made by Nintendo. It also rattled a bit. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy it. Buy the original, also sold through Amazon marketplace.
